What’s the #1 reason to study acting at Strand?
Our acting instructors are warm and friendly, and get to know each student on a personal level. We keep class sized limited to ensure each student receives individualized attention, even in a group setting. All students participate in a performance at the end of each semester.
What will I learn from acting classes at Strand?
Students will learn basic acting skills for beginners. The emphasis will be on stage direction, elements of story, stage presence, and movement. Students will build confidence and develop the ability to speak and present in large and small groups. The class culminates in a short play performed in person or online for family and friends.
