How qualified are your music instructors?
Our music instructors all hold degrees in music and/or a closely related field. Our instructors are accomplished recording artists, gigging musicians, and teachers. Our instructors bring over 150 years of combined professional performance and teaching experience to your classes
What styles do you teach?
We teach all styles, from rock, gospel, pop, jazz, and blues to metal, country and classical.
How much are music lessons?
$115 per month for weekly, 30 minute lessons and $130 with studio directors. Tuition includes 46 lessons per year + recitals.

Our music instructors are warm and friendly, and get to know each student on a personal level. All students are welcome to participate in recitals, hosted twice a year.
What will I learn from music lessons at Strand?
Students can expect to work on all aspects of music - sight reading, music theory, technique, and more. Our instructors balance musicianship and fun. We use a variety of method books, and supplemental material that fits each students interests and learning style.
What ages do you teach?
We offer lessons for students as young as 3 ½ years old through adults of all ages, tailoring our instruction to meet each individual’s needs and goals. Whether you’re introducing your child to the joy of music, rekindling your own passion, or starting a new hobby, our experienced instructors are here to guide you.
